What is Moumint?
What is Moumint and how does it work?
Moumint is a website that allows you to financially support your favorite creators by purchasing packs of their digital collections and collecting drops, which you can then display and share in your personal gallery.
What are Collections and Drops?
Collections are a compilation of different digital designs in various rarity levels that a creator creates and sells in packs of 4 digital cards. There are different types and sizes of collections - depending on what the creator offers. In some collection types, you can receive special rewards when drawing or through "trading" duplicate cards. Drops are memes or videos that a creator creates from special moments and sends (drops) to their loyal fans who have a Moumint account. You can display all these images in your gallery. But that's not all: You have the rights to use these images - non-commercially - and, for example, print them on a t-shirt.
How can I join?
Very simple: Connect with your Twitch account, buy our platform currency "MINTS" or participate in sponsored collections during promotional periods, exchange MINTS for packs from collections of your choice, or collect free "sponsored" packs and open the packs and be surprised!
What do I get as a fan and supporter?
By purchasing the packs, you support your creator financially and receive artworks in return that you can use freely (non-commercially). You can display these artworks in your personal gallery and share them with others. In the future, there will also be the possibility to sell duplicate artifacts on a marketplace for MINTS and use the proceeds to exchange for more packs. Use in games is also planned.
What does it cost and how much does the creator get?
There are different price levels depending on the collection type. Basically, it can be said that per pack sold, after deduction of taxes and costs, an average of 70% remains with the creator. For example, from a pack for 210 Mints, about €1.30 goes directly to the creator.
What are Golden Plates?
Golden Plates are a special reward in our Standard Collection (4x5 Artworks at a pack price of 210 MINTS). If you draw a golden artwork by luck or obtain one through trading duplicates, we will send you the artwork as a golden aluminum dibond plate in size 20x20 free of charge to your home.
