Did you pull two of the same Golden Artifact from your Packs? While this is an exciting and rare moment, you might be wondering what to do next. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Here’s a quick guide to help you handle the situation.

Step 1: Don’t Claim the Golden Plate!

First and foremost, don’t claim the Golden Plate. Once claimed, it won’t be possible to exchange your duplicate Artifact. So, hold off on claiming and follow the steps below.

Step 2: Create a Support Ticket

To initiate the exchange process, you’ll need to contact our support team. We’ve made this super easy for you:

In your ticket, include the following:

  • Your username
  • A brief explanation of your situation (e.g., “I pulled a duplicate Golden Artifact and need an exchange.”)
  • Any screenshots or details about your pulls

Once your ticket is submitted, our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Step 3: Let Us Handle the Exchange

Our team will review your case and exchange the duplicate Artifact for a unique one. This way, you can continue building your Collection without duplicates holding you back.
